Wow, apparently the Vatican is taking the moral high road on deviancy!
But then they should know all about deviant behaviour, ask any altar boy with a sore bum.
The Vatican has spoken out against the new Twilight movie that is sweeping the globe, slamming it as a deviant moral vacuum. Twilight Saga: New Moon, starring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, has had sensational box office takings since opening in France and Spain ahead of its US release on Friday. Monsignor Franco Perazzolo, of the Pontifical Council of Culture, said: "Men and women are transformed with horrible masks and it is once again that age-old trick or ideal formula of using extremes to make an impact at the box office."

..."it is once again that age-old trick or ideal formula of using extremes to make an impact"...
Gosh,
I can't think of a single example by the Catholic Church that would suggest that they are doing the very thing they are condemming now.
Hypocricy reigns supreme.

Now, why doesn't this surprise me? Ah, the Vatican will never learn that the whole world can see through its hypocrisy.

Barry, I don't particularly like the story because I am not into Catholicism - I am a fallout. But, I do like your comment.
