Victoria Gotti, the daughter of late Mob boss John Gotti, is facing the foreclosure of her Long Island mansion, the same home used in the spray-tan-heavy reality show, Growing Up Gotti.

A lower court had found in 2007 that a foreclosure on the property by JPMorgan Chase was premature. The appeals court in Brooklyn reversed the decision last week. It also approved a plan to appoint a referee to coordinate the sale of the home in Old Westbury.

The New York Post reports that the daughter of the "Dapper Don" John Gotti owes $650,000 on the house after failing to make all the $25,000-a-month payments.

The $4.2 million mansion is now listed for a measly $3.2 million. Victoria hasn't paid the $25,000-a-month payment on the mansion since September 2006.

The decision to foreclose on the mansion comes as a reversal of an October 2007 ruling by a State Supreme Court justice in Nassau.

Gotti, who is also a former New York Post columnist and author, wasn't sure what legal move she would make next. She said her ex-husband, Carmine Agnello, took out a loan secured by the property for about $700,000 without her knowledge. She said that although she had the right to bring charges against him for taking out the loan, he agreed to payments.

Gotti said he made about three payments before stopping and she thought that the family had lived in the house 15 years without any mortgage.
Victoria won the house, which is falling into disrepair, in her divorce from Carmine Agnello, and according to her, "I was awarded full ownership of marital property . . . and all I inherited was a house with millions of dollars' worth of debt."

“This should finally put to rest all the government lies and rumors that I have $200 million buried in my backyard,” Victoria said in a quote.

Victoria and the Gotti boys are expected to be slightly less orange in the coming months on account of not being able to afford their regular spray tans.

What on earth are they going to do without those spray tans? They won't even be recognizable...
