We have all had bad airline experiences including the food. Virgin Atalntic recenlty received such a letter- However, this letter is beign circulated by Sir Richard Branson as "The World's Best Passanger Complaint Letter". This has to be one of the funniest complaint letters I have seen. Enjoy ..................

It's a funny letter... but I highly recommend against snark when writing for help or redress. The snarkier you are, the less likely the reader of your complaint is to want to help you quickly, especially with an airline that probably gets tons of correspondence.

That is a funny letter, however like Jordan, I wouldn't recommend sending too many letters like that to get your point across; one is funny if you are the reader, your fifth one that day is not nearly as funny.
