Kim Kardashian Cried Over Her Nude Photos in W Magazine, Saying She Was More Naked Than Her 2007 Playboy Shoot

On Sunday night's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Kim Kardashian revealed her true feelings about her nude W Magazine photo shoot, in late 2010.
She told Kourtney that she was naked, but fully covered in silver paint, and that Mark Seliger said he would put images of architecture and stuff on her body so that the outline and shape could be seen, but not her boobs or anything.
Kim was crying about the photos, telling her sister:
"I'm more naked here than I was in my Playboy (in 2007). I'm so f---ing mad right now. ... She promised I would be covered with artwork . ... This is serious porn ... you can see nipple." She added that she was told "nothing would be seen. I feel so taken advantage of. I've definitely learned my lesson."
Her mom Kris told her the cover is 'artful', and even though she said she would never go nude again, not even for Vogue, she then concedes that she might, if Vogue asks it of her.
She thought they would be different at first and that is why she cried, but she eventually tells Ryan Seacrest that she is glad she did the photos.
"At the end of the day, they are gorgeous photos, and I'm glad I did it, and I love them. But at the time, I was shocked about how they weren't how I thought they would be," she noted.
