this is surreally hilarious. remove the talking and branding and you have a piece of absurdist pantomime that would have set the world aflame seventy-five years ago. the brutalization of innocence by the innocuous clown figure, who is himself brought abruptly into a cruel reality from the sterile one he expects, is utterly profane.
