Walking Dead Season Two Has Been Confirmed

After premiering on Halloween night to 5.3 million viewers, and now after only two episodes, AMC has announced that they have renewed Walking Dead for a second season.

This popular zombie show starts Andrew Lincoln (of Love Actually fame) as a police-office who is tasked with leading a small group of feuding survivors after a zombie apocalypse. It is based on the popular series by Robert Kirkman.

The network is hoping Walking Dead is joining the ranks of Mad Men and Breaking Bad as popular shows watched around the world. The fate of Rubicon remains to be seen.
