We got Michael's tribute, now where is Farrah Fawcett's tribute?

Today was Michael Jackson's public memorial tribute with fans all around the world paying tribute to the late pop singer? The lucky ones who ended up getting tickets to the Staple Center in Los Angeles paid their tributes to Michael Jackson in many different ways, remembering Michael's life and what he had achieved. All of this has been very touching and very emotional and of course the media like CNN right down to ABC and NBC, CBS, and FOX have made sure that everyone world wide remembers Michael Jackson and never forget his legacy and what he did for the music industry alone.

Now all that fine and dandy. We should honor and pay tribute to Michael Jackson as a pioneer of pop music, but in God's eyes what makes Michael Jackson any different or anymore special then Farrah Fawcett? We hardly hear even a peep out of the media about the death of Farrah Fawcett who just happened to die the very same day as Michael Jackson.

Her tragedy and her legacy and all the struggles she went through haven't even been focused upon much, totally over shadowed completely by Michael Jackson untimely death. Now a days you can't even turn on the television or pick up a newspaper without seeing Michael Jackson's name being mentioned, yet the same can't be said for Farrah Fawcett the pin up girl of 1976. I remember having a poster of her back then, why I got rid of it is still beyond me to this day.

Farrah Fawcett was a beautiful woman born February 2, 1947 and her passing away on June 25, 2009 was just as tragic event as Michael Jackson's was, but yet she's hardly remembered and why is that? Why isn't this courageous woman who fought cancer to the very end with pride and dignity not given the same attention and recognition that Michael Jackson has received.

What makes Michael Jackson's death more important then that of Farrah Fawcett's? Or in other words what makes Michael Jackson's death that much more important then the death of any other human beings, like American and Canadian Soldiers who are killed in the line of duty. We don't see any of them getting the media coverage that Michael Jackson has gotten. Yet Michael Jackson has been splattered onto the media airwaves non-stop since his death.

Why should Michael Jackson's death be covered so much more, then that of Farrah Fawcett or any other human being for that matter? Farrah Fawcett's tragic death is just as tragic as Michael Jackson's was and just as sad. There is no joy in death, only sorrow and I feel for the Jackson family and friends, but I also feel sorrow and grief for the family and friends of Farrah Fawcett.

Michael Jackson's unfortunate death was sudden and yes very sad, but here's a lady who we knew as an angel from Charle's Angels and a woman who was an amazing actress and a very talented woman and a mother and had a lot to give to this world, yet sadly she's not as important as Michael Jackson happens to be or not as interesting cause her tribute should have been the same as Michael Jackson's was, but unfortunately in this world it seems we are still judged even in death on how popular and controversial we were in life.

How is this for a Tribute!

When Farrah Fawcett got to the Pearly Gates St Peter grantedher one wish for all the happiness she had bought the world.

After a moments thought Farrah turned to St Peter and said,"I wish for all the children in the world to be safe".

So he "Took Out" Michael Jackson.

What? Too Soon?

Not too soon...just too lame.

I think she wouldn't want a big memorial like Michael Jackson, she seems like she led a much more private life.

I was a fan of her but not of him yet in the real world Michael Jackson was a far bigger star.

I for one am disgusted at the hooplaa surrounding M.Jackson's death.  The man was a child molester for crying out loud!  Just celebrate that he is gone!

What parent settles out of court on molestation charges? This is not a broken leg, this could damage an individual for life no $$$ gonna fix that. Last trial he was acquitted. Innocent until proven guilty arse.
No proof, shut your trap!

Where to begin?  Farrah Fawcett's death was just as tragic as Michael Jackson but she clearly did not have the same impact on the world, good or bad, that he did.  She is best known for a shallow TV show that was filmed over 30 years ago while Michael Jackson has been at the forefront of  his craft for most of his 50 years.   The two do not compare.  The irony is that Farrah Fawcett, in recent years,  seemed to crave the publicity that Michael Jackson despised.

You're too young to realize the icon Farrah was.  You think MJ was big in the 80s.  From 1976 on, you could not go a day without seeing her somewhere.  12 million freakin' posters sold. They were EVERYWHERE.  More than Grable/Monroe combined x 2.  Back then, only a handful of TV stations, so EVERYONE watched Charlie's Angels which was revolutionary in the empowerment of women.  It made the cover of TIME magazine two months after it debuted as the #5 show in the nation (unprecedented at the time) and she was the star.  Then the fact that the 1970's is defined by her winged hair which millions copied.  There were widespread contests to look like her.  Her and Lee Majors were the first golden couple in Hollywood. Jolie/Pitt aren't even close.  You have no clue how ridiculously famous she was then.  Watch the opening scene of Saturday Night Fever.  And she stayed relevant for 30 years whether it be legit acting roles, Playboy or her cancer fight.  If this was the late 70s and you brought up both their names, people would've said Michael who even with his stuff with the Jackson Five.  They were both icons, learn your history.  The poster is so important to pop culture it's in the Smithsonian Collection.  And unlike today's celebs who have computers make them look good, that poster is all her, no editing.  The Prince of Wales was a fan of the show at one point.

Last point - As a guy, we should note that she was voted Most Beautiful 4 straight years in H.S. and at U. of Texas.

R.I.P. angel.  We will miss you.

And Mike, you too.

I think Farrah Fawcett deserved a tribute in the same way as Michael Jackson.

Well the sad part as I said is even in death you are judged on how much you accomplished and how popular you were. I mean Farrah was never as popular as Michael and that's fact, but didn't she deserve to be treated the same way as Michael Jackson?

I mean in God's eyes we're all treated equal, maybe it's time people thought a little bit like how God does.

FARRAH FAWCETT WILL BE GREATLY MISSED!

DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!

GEORGE W. BUSH IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CRIMINAL STALKER!

George W. Bush continuously criminally stalked Margie Schoedinger to the point that she could not get away from it, and she committed suicide in desperation to escape: he murdered her.

“In her suit, Margie Schoedinger states that George W. Bush committed sexual crimes against her, organized harassment and moral pressure on her, her family members and close relatives and friends. As Schoedinger said, she was strongly recommended to keep her mouth shut. . . . Furthermore, she alleges that George Bush ordered to show pressure on her to the point, when she commits suicide” (blog of drizzten).

“George [Bush is personally complicit] in the death (murder to be precise) of my friend Margie Schoedinger in September of 2003. Determining the exact whereabouts and contacts of . . . George Bush on September 21 thru 22, 2003, should be entirely lacking in difficulty” (Leola McConnell—Nevada Progressive Democratic Candidate for U.S. Senate in 2010).

McConnell is correct: George W. Bush applying pressure (continuously criminally stalking Margie Schoedinger) purposefully to force Schoedinger to commit suicide does in fact constitute murder where it culminated in her death.

Bush’s method of murdering Schoedinger cannot exist in a vacuum: he must have murdered other people in the same way.

While he was president, actually, George W. Bush continuously criminally stalked numerous people to the point that they could not get away from it, and they committed suicide in desperation to escape: he murdered them. During Bush’s presidency, of course Bush would have desired to kill people whom he hated or get them out of his way. Insofar as Bush was clearly capable of murdering Schoedinger—even in “broad daylight”—and is clearly capable of getting away with it, in consideration of common sense and the laws of human nature, Bush of course murdered numerous people in the disgusting way he murdered Schoedinger. For example, one can just look for various cases on the Internet; in situations where any number of people who sought to very substantially oppose or disadvantage Bush ever so predictably ended up “committing suicide”—actually—Bush patently murdered them just like he murdered Schoedinger. However, the vast majority of such scandalous information will never come out (the grisly details are typically hard to substantiate). A prosecutor really can lawfully charge a former president with murdering one or more people in the disgusting way Bush murdered Schoedinger. The American people unfortunately live in a world where evil presidents can murder any number of people—figuratively—with a wave of a magic wand and get away with it.

(There are thousands of copies of the information above on the Internet. Please feel free to go to any major search engine, type “GEORGE W. BUSH IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CRIMINAL STALKER” or “George W. Bush continuously criminally stalked Margie Schoedinger to the point that she could not get away from it, and she committed suicide in desperation to escape: he murdered her” or “George W. Bush applying pressure (continuously criminally stalking Margie Schoedinger) purposefully to force Schoedinger to commit suicide does in fact constitute murder where it culminated in her death” or “George W. Bush continuously criminally stalked numerous people to the point that they could not get away from it, and they committed suicide in desperation to escape: he murdered them,” hit “Enter,” and find innumerable results.)

You mean "facts" can be found on the internet.  Someone should exhume the bodies of Jeff Goldblum and Harrison Ford to tell them:)
