Sivan, is a teacher at the Bina center that many call the “Secular
Yeshiva” in south Tel Aviv.   She explains about the uniqueness of the
Center and the neighborhood it is situated in.  Kim is a student at
Bina and lives in Southern Tel Aviv an area where many  foreign workers
live. We take a tour of the area as we see the diversity and the
challenges of these migrant foreign workers.
