The "Whip My Hair" video was directed by Ray Kay, who also helmed Lady Gaga's "Pokerface" video: that's quite an above-the-line asset to bring to a 9-year-old's first song, but that 9-year-old is the daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, so there you go.
