Bernard Cheng from George's Tastee Bakery & Deli (600 Denison Street, Markham) was commissioned by Linda Restaurant to prepare the dessert course. He made an exotic fruit plate (quelling the fiery heat from the last curry course) that also contained white and milk chocolate filled "surprises" (with either dragonfruit, lychee or coconut milk).
