Who Is Christian LaBella? Photo of Alleged Lindsay Lohan Attacker

Christian LaBella was arrested early on September, 2012 for allegedly assaulting Lindsay Lohan.

LaBella allegedly attacked Lohan while they were in her hotel room at the W Hotel in New York. LaBella "allegedly threw her down on the bed and scratched her."

UPDATE: TMZ reports that charges against LaBella are going to be dropped.

Who is Christian LaBella?

Not much is known about LaBella other than the fact that he is a 25-year-old Valley Stream, California resident. If this site is any indication, he may have been an aspiring actor. This is a Christian LaBella IMDB page, but there is no confirmation that it's the same person involved in the alleged attack.

New York Magazine says LaBella works for Representative John Shimkus, an Illinois Republican.

He reportedly has had interactions with celebrities in the past and has posted Facebook photos of himself with celebs.
