The July 2, 2012 edition of the Bachelorette saw Emily Maynard send another young bachelor home. This week featured a series of hometown dates with prospective bachelors taking Emily to visit their respective families. In the case of Arie Luyendyk, Jr. that meant taking her on a ride through the streets of Amsterdam.

At the start of the episode, there were four bachelors left: Arie, Sean, Chris and Jef.
