OK, time for some wild conjecture. Tiger was hit with a golf club by an unknown assailant. It is not believable that backing up and bumping into something could cause face lacerations. How cool. The American Woman, with special legal rights over men, can successfully beat their husband with a golf club and be protected from all the consequences by law enforcement, the courts, and everybody else involved.If a man beat his wife with a golf club, for ANY REASON, nobody would be talking about justifying their behavior based on spurious unproven news stories. They would be off to jail, pronto!And what about innocent until proven guilty? Oh, that was America 50 years ago.Seems the Enquirer paid two people $25,000 each to sign a statement that these people's opinion was that Rachel and Tiger were getting it on. Mr. Woods had Elin execute a series of pre-marriage agreements, including a prenuptual settlement agreement that governs any divorce or alienation issues - regardless of fault by Mr. Woods or not. As I undertstand it, the most she will receive in a divorce is capped at an annual living allowance paid monthly and a variable monthly child support (based on per number of children and varying based on ages) amount paid to an escrow agent who acts as a trustee for the children. The trustee disburses the funds either directly to vendors for the kids (e.g., school tuition, travel costs, etc.) or to Elin after she submits valid receipts for items that were for the kids benefit and support. In either case, the per-month amount is capped by the agreement. Elin will not have to work, but she will not get anything close to half of what Mr. Woods made during their marriage. She will be afforded an upper middle-class lifestyle, nothing more.
