Why Ban Salvia Divinorum?

Have you tried Salvia? Is it fair to completly shun something that you havent tried? One time my mother told me if I kept my face a certain way for too long it would stay like that. I keep thinking,man,it's sure a good thing my mom didnt get on Fox News with that advice. They might ban silly faces. Because one woman has a negative opinion opened up a plant to a whole world of teens who arent controlled well by their parents and do whatever you tell them not to do. Here's an idea, let's ban every substance that teenagers have tried to get intoxicated on....hmmm... basil,air freshener,whip cream in a can, banana peels,gas, and paint. When I was young my brothers and I would wrap towels around our necks and suffocate each other until we passed out and had about a minute of funny dreams then came back to. Maybe that should be banned too.

The truth is kids are going to experiment,unless you keep them locked down and spend over the amount of time with them you should. We are in the future,as things advance there will always be things to get messed up with. When I was fifteen or so I stole my mom's prescription pills and gave a bunch out to my friends. Does this mean since my mom was in pain she shouldnt have those pills because of the risk of me taking them? No. It means she should have had them somewhere I couldnt find them by snooping through her bathroom.

Salvia Divinorum could very well have great possibilities to cure things that their chemical solutions will be unable to. Has anyone noticed that most of the chemical drugs we take have some sort of herbal medicine in them. On the news I heard them arguing about legalizing marijuana and the DEA guy says well we have Marinol so I really dont see why people have to smoke pot.

Im thinking what a jack ass who says skip the natural and go for the chemical with side effects. This world is all messed up and the only people that can fix it is us. If you believe in Salvia Divinorum then the safest thing to do would be to protest the ban in your area, if it's too late then write in complaining about the prohibition. The drug war still hasnt gotten us anywhere to this day. We are still trying to restrict people,it's not doing any good,and the cartel gets stronger because we make their business.
