Will New Brown Novel Refute the Virgin Birth?

Will The Lost Symbol take on and try to refute the Virgin Birth by alleging that Jesus was created by aliens?

Dan Brown and Doubleday, his publisher, may be on the verge of releasing a work of fiction to the world’s readers and the global media which could become part two in a calculated effort which began with The Da Vinci Code — which is to strip away the claims of deity by Jesus Christ reportedly by claiming that mankind was created by an alien race.

According to sketchy reports from websites quoting sources at the BBC, which may have obtained a copy of The Lost Symbol, the new novel will feature star maps, constellations, the layout of monuments in Washington, D.C. and Egyptian and Babylonian symbols and talismans to suggest that the Bethlehem star was forecast as long ago as the days of King Solomon, who reigned in the tenth century B.C. Various texts attributed to Solomon, such as Clavicula Salomonis, a handbook on witchcraft, reportedly will be presented in The Lost Symbol as important sources for these lost symbols and talismans.

It bears noting that Solomon, a son of David, has long been seen by Bible scholars as a typological forerunner of Jesus, Solomon having been a king of peace and prosperity.
