Some good advice for people considering working from home.
When a person is learning to live with a new disability, getting to and from their employer’s workplace on a daily basis can be a real hardship. The option of working from home, on the other hand, can be extremely attractive, providing a steady income along with convenience, privacy, and personal flexibility, according to Disaboom, the largest online community for people with disabilities. ESKCSG, I like this story. It's good stuff.
I have rhematoid arthritis, which years ago moved me out of working in offices. Hard hard times to face that.
So now I work from home. And oh yea, hang out at NP now and then.
But working from home isn't quite as easy, or as fulfilling, as it seems. It also requires an ability to go the distance alone.

excellent story and information. I have fibromyalgia and a slew of other disabilities that have curtailed my ability to work outside of the home. i feel more inspired to continue my struggle to be a home based photographer when i read a story like this.
