Yahoo! has redesigned its home page. Congrats, guys- you now look like a cross between iGoogle and a bottle of children's vitamins.
Instead of a left-hand sidebar full of Yahoo! links, users can now add non-exclamation-pointed links of their own, i.e. to stuff they actually use, like Facebook, or, what'sitcalled, that Twitter thingie.
If this is your grasp at continued relevance, then we may have a bit of a problem. Don't get me wrong, Yahoo!... it's cool that you are getting with the times, all that customizable website stuff, et cetera, but you're a little late to the game.

I actually don't mind the new yahoo! homepage. I won't lie, I've been a google user for has long as I can remember, but I think Yahoo! needed the change, even if they are behind the times.
