A very public drug bust by the VPD occurred Tuesday early-afternoon right in front of the new Blenz store Keefer and Main Street.
Eye witness and photographer reported that the elderly, street-scarred scruffy man had drugs in every pocket he possessed. Seven plastic bags containing various colored drugs, plus money and tools of the trade were confiscated by the attending police officers.
Seems an eagle-eyed motorcycle officer spotted the fellow selling drugs at the street corner and decided to do something about it (this time).
East Vancouver has been receiving more attention of late from the authorities: police have been seen actually walking the beat have been recently spotted of late.
