ZombiU: So That's How to Use Wii U Controller

Ubisoft owned E3 2012 with the Watch Dogs demo, but don't miss this gem: ZombiU for the Nintendo Wii U.

The Wii U features a motion-controller with a built-in screen, which didn't seem that cool at first. The true potential of Wii U, though, is becoming more clear: the controller screen is not in fixed relation to the main gaming screen. This means that game designers can use the controller screen as an extended play area, a utility display (character inventory, etc.), or an overlay (like AR for your AR- Xzibit would approve).

ZombiU does all three.

We don't know much about ZombiU's specifics, except for one thing: you get bitten, you're dead. According to those who have taken a swing at surviving in zombie-plagued London, it ain't easy:

10:04 seconds. That's how long we lasted. We only finished off 4 zombies.

This is typical, we're told. This game is closer to a real zombie apocalypse simulation. People die. Constantly.
