Zoolander 2: In Development, Jonah Hill as Villain?

It's been nearly 10 years since the unveiling of 'Magnum' but, fear not, from the sounds of things, Zoolander 2 is in development and potentially featuring Jonah Hill as the villain. Zoolander himself, Ben Stiller, has been long been working on the sequel to the 2001 cult classic and it appears to be coming to fruition. 

Zoolander 2 will be directed by Justin Theroux, with whom Stiller collaborated on Tropic Thunder. Theroux, writer of Iron Man 2, will also work on the script of the upcoming film with Stiller; Theroux is headed to Paris Fashion Week to "immerse himself on what is current in fashion." Jonah hill has been rumored to replace Mugatu as the villain in the film.

Paramount is looking to keep the film's budget under $50 million; the original film earned a mere $45 million but keep in mind it was released the week after September 11, 2001.
