CWLA Calls on HHS to Reconsider Move to Require Proof of Citizenship Before Receiving Medical Care

The Child Welfare League of America has joined with U.S. Senators and Representatives and several national organizations in calling on Congress to order HHS to reconsider its decision to implement new restrictions on Medicaid that could delay or prevent access to health and mental health services for children in foster care.
