March 30, 2007 Florida - A Miami-Dade firefighter who once served in Iraq as a National Guardsman has been arrested after police say he was took $7,235.00 in illegal reimbursements as part of the county's troubled tuition reimbursement program. Alvio Dominguez, 39, was charged with eight counts of grand theft and one count of official misconduct.
