My name is Tu Tram Pham and I currently hibernate in Montreal, stocking up on poutine and Pepsi for the winter. When it's nice outside, I enjoy sitting on a terrasse with friends and do some people watching in the Old Port.

In my spare time I've been a freelance writer for a few online publications which have included Gloss Magazine, The Business of Fashion, and The Warehouse. I also have my own blog at dualite.wordpress.com, which deals with my observations of the fashion industry and consumer behavior towards shopping.

I'm addicted to business, culture, and consumer books and raid a nearby Chapters every chance I get. I also resist spoon-fed advertising schemes and sale signs to get me to buy. The fashion industry has grown too much about money, glamour and fame and less about the real fashion industry. When it comes to style, fashion is really subjective and personal, and so I don't put much trust in so-called fashion experts.
