WASHINGTON — On Labor Day afternoon, an idling Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority truck is used for an air conditioned nap steps away from the Tenleytown-AU Metro Station. The WMATA truck has a DC license plate, "C 64927" and the driver's side markings are "SMNT 14552".
