UPDATE 02/09 11:26am PST: Zsa-Zsa Gabor's husband, Prince Frederick Von Anhalt, has stepped forward to say that he may be the father of Anna Nicole's daughter as well, making him the third such claimant. He says he first met Smith in the 90s when she was still married to the oil tycoon Howard Marshall II. Bizarrely, he was going to adopt Smith in the 90s in order to make her a princess. He couldn't marry her as he was already married to Gabor. Things get weirder...

UPDATE 02/09 10:00am PST: There are several developments in the story (see our entire coverage as it unfolded, below) - perhaps the most distasteful is the news that someone is selling the video of the resuscitation.

Her autopsy is being performed today, and the LA Times reports that the medical examiner has refused a DNA test on the late Playmate that was requested by one of the men claiming to her Anna's 5-month-daughter's father. The examiner saw no need for the test, since there is no doubt that Anna was the baby's mother.

Five-month-old Danielynn could stand to inherent millions of dollars depending on the outcome of the case against her deceased former husband, the oil tycoon.

Reports also place Smith's current husband, Howard K. Stern, in Florida at the time of her death, though no reports reflect him being in the hotel room during Anna's collapse or in the hospital afterwards.

We will keep an eye on this story, and let you know more info as it develops. In the meantime, please read our breaking coverage from yesterday, below.

Was anyone at the hotel when she collapsed?

There are a number of inaccuracies here, one being that Howard K. Stern WAS in the room when she collapsed, but here body guard, who was also her traveling nurse, was not summoned for up to 15 minutes after she went unconcious. Her life could have been saved if the paramedics were called earlier.
