Who knew an person from China could set up a business with a "Student visa" and get funding, cause as far as I know no bank would lend you the money,  course the question remains where did she get the money to start up these businesses?  HHHHMMMM sounds like a case for Scammy Scamster!

A failed refugee who became a successful Markham businesswoman says she might have to lay off 19 Canadian workers and shut two firms if she's deported to her native China.

Miaomiao Wang, 26, the mom of two Canadian-born girls including one two months old, owns and operate a travel agency and a car rental firm in Markham, which she founded after arriving in Canada.

She arrived here in 2003 as a student and filed an unsuccessful refugee claim and appeal.

Yes, it does, student visa are just that, student visas, not business visas.

Business visas require one to divulge where your business money came from, sooooooooooooooooooooooooo, how did a student apparently amass that much cash to go it alone if you have to divulge your cash even students have to, so ask yourself how did she amass that much coin in a short year?
