Dion's Corporate Welfare For Big Oil

The Tories hate all things Liberal. Well almost. They cut various social programs they identified as Liberal much to the detriment of Canadians. One Liberal program they didn't cut was corporate welfare for Big Oil. But today John Baird identified that subsidy program as being current Liberal Leader Stephane Dions fault.
