Disney opens weddings to gay couples

Disney's Fairy Tales Wedding program is now available for same sex couples.

The program previously required a valid marriage license, but Disney officials say they made the amendment after a gay couple asked to get the service. The service offers ceremonies on the park' grounds, dining, flowers and of course an appearance by Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

Fairy tales do come true and now everyone can have the Cinderella wedding of their dreams....

The service offers flowers, dining, music and many optional Disney touches, from ceremonies in front of the parks' iconic attractions to having Mickey and Minnie Mouse in formal wear as guests. The packages start at $8,000 and can cost more than $45,000.
