Donald Trump Solicited and other Wealth Expo Scandals
On March 11, 2007 Raymond Aaron was speaking at The Learning Annex Real Estate and Wealth Expo. He got caught up in the frenzy and offered a cruise trip to all in the room. His exact words were, “I never gave a cruise away to entire room before, but you got it.” Imagine the surprise when he later said it was only for those who bought his course.
The problem is that he made a verbal contract for which he set the terms. The people met the terms and he changed the deal. Will Raymond Aaron find himself giving out more cruises as complaints come in, or will he be allowed to slide? It would not be an issue had he not made the “entire room” comment. I sense some issues arising from this.
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />The Donald was giving his speech at the same expo when a nice looking woman with a mini-dress on went sauntering across his eyesight. He brought her on stage and she asked for his autograph. She pointed out her husband in the audience who claimed he could handle her. After the speech, this same woman went up for a Q&A and asked what hotel he was staying at so she could come and party with him. He was polite, and used the husband as an excuse.
Finally, It appears that two days of Real Estate and Wealth were really one long informmercial with you footing the bill to listen to it. Few of the speakers actually gave information except the Keynotes like Tony Robbins, George Formen, Magic Johnsion, David Bach, and Donald Trump. The room seminars were, "Buy my package" type things. Least expensive was $1000. Go for the Keynotes and skip the seminars.
