DPRK DM Denounces U.S. Policy of Preemptive Attack

From March 25 to March 31, 2006, the U.S. & South Korea held large-scale military exercises in South Korea.  Next week, envoys from China, DPRK, Japan, Russia, South Korea and United States, will meet in Japan.
