Dr.Barrie's Kono Mobile Clinic Pharmacy

I have more medicine in my kitchen cabinet than Dr. Barrie has in this mobile clinic. What can we do to bring a reasonable level of medical care to people in such great need? Ethical drugs are scarce, expensive and in short supply. The people of Kono wait for one weekend a month to "possibly" see a doctor.
