Currently editor of The Trumpeter,  journal for stamps, coins, currency and history of the  Balkan area.  Formerly. managing editor of the Borger (Texas) News-Herald, a daily newspaper. Served as  UPI  and Amarillo Daily News  correspondent  for a number of years. While in the  U.S. Army, I was combat correspendent and photographer with the famed 173rd Airborne Brigade.
