Edens & Avant to set up a Miami Real Estate Office

One of the country's leading private retail real estate
companies, Edens & Avant, announced that they will be expanding in
the southern Florida. The company will also be opening a regional
headquarters in Miami.

Jami Passer was
hired as the vice president to lead the new office and oversee
development including the acquisition and the redevelopment of its
market.

According to the CEO of Edens & Avant,
Terry Brown, Miami is one of the most dynamic retail markets in the
nation and opening a regional office in the area is a step to the
development and acceleration of the company.
