Sounds eerily familiar to a recent tragic incident that occured in the gulf coast town of Texas City, Texas. This is where two young people were fooling around with the same explosive substances. Unfortunately, in the Texas incident, Matthew Rugo did not survive the blast and his roommate, Curtis Lee Jetton, is now facing a federal trial in a Galveston Court for violation of the 1934 National Firearm Act in addition to conspiracy.
