David Acosta 63 of San Bernardino is in critical condition at a local hospital after being hit by an Amtrak Train.  On Wednesday morning the Westbound train passing threw Moorpark, CA and was thought to be traveling about 55 MPH struck him even after the conductor sounded his horn to warn Mr. Acosta.  He suffered head, chest, and a hand injuries and is still in ICU.  The pictures show the firefighters hosing down the platform where Mr.Acosta was found and Amtrak personal inspecting the damage.
