Now's the time when stores whip out the big guns to entice holiday shoppers, and we want you to document it.
It can be the window display at Macy's or lawn gnomes in front of your local hardware store -- whatever it is, post pics, videos and commentary about your favorite holiday storefront displays here.

An artist in Oberlin, Ohio has people talking about Rusty the Drug Smuggling Elf. Its on display in the window of a store. If you look inside you'll find Veronica, Frosty the Snowman's not so friendly wife. Check out this video to see it all, its worth a look.

Midnight walk along Fillmore street in Pacific Heights (SF). On my way to see a late night showing of The Shining. This is a Marc Jacobs store window display.

Every year this homemade display gets bigger and more festive. it started as foam holding up a large one lane race track. Now there are four lanes of racing action and five trains, (one sitting on top and a smaller one in the middle.

Christmas display window at Printemps in Paris. Promoting an interesting display of Nordic art and design.

Each year, I always wonder how in the world Neiman Marcus "puts" up their Christmas tree decked with those gigantic ball ornaments. Although it's an artificial tree, it's a beautiful one at that!
