My date to the holiday party! She always makes funny faces. Mine is funny enough already.

These guys were playing "Smells Like Teen Spirit" - I swear! I don't think anybody at the party recognized it but my friend and I - but it was a party full of Accountants (and old ones at that) so why would they have?

Halfway through dinner Nat became Santa's helper. She's wonderful!

We went to Venice for four days for my boyfriend's Christmas party. It concluded with a masquerade ball in a palace - costumes provided!!

Well, let's see... this was 10 years ago. I do remember stopping for the photo op, however, eyeing the lovely hors d'oeuvres tray going by and mentally thanking God for the lovely bonus check received that very day, were probably the reasons for the twinkle in my eye. LOL

Everyone dressed up and enjoyed an evening of good food, free drinks, and pleasant conversation. It was a very enjoyable and relaxed Christmas party.

Rock Band, (reasonably) flowing beer and wine, faaar too many desserts, a pair of babies, and two cameras.

Everyone left happy.

It was our best holiday party ever.

Everyone started off timid as a mouse ... but after a few drinks, the karaoke flowed like a California mudslide.
