Lopez Expected to Announce Pregnancy

According to widely-read gossip blog Celebrity Nation, Jennifer Lopez is reportedly set to officially announce her pregnancy this weekend. This Saturday during a scheduled concert at Madison Square Garden, the Bronx-born Lopez is expected to announce that her and husband Marc Anthony are expecting a child. According to the post, “a spy at her concert in Connecticut Wednesday night said, ‘a fan blew the side of her top all the way up for a moment, and a definitive baby bump was there. She was very quick to push down her top.”

Rumours have been circulating for several months that after years of fertility treatments, Lopez is officially pregnant. The 38 year-old diva has several previous marriages (and almost marriages), but has never had a child. The post also revealed that she continually addressed the audience at her recent concert in Connecticut and told the audience that “ this year is full of firsts for her.” It would be fitting for Lopez to announce her pregnancy in New York, as she always sells out when playing to the hometown crowd. Expect another addition to Jenny’s block to be officially confirmed this Saturday.

Owen Wilson makes first public appearance

A report from PopSugar, a popular gossip blog, has confirmed that Owen Wilson has made his first public appearance since his reported suicide attempt last month. The post declared that “Owen Wilson was the man of the hour, shocking everyone by showing up at last night's LA premiere of The Darjeeling Limited.” Apparently, Wilson “only stayed for a little, but looked fantastic and, more importantly, happy next to his friends.” The new film, directed by Wes Anderson, is set to debut nationwide this weekend.

The post also quoted Wes Anderson speaking very highly of Owen Wilson, reportedly declaring him his “best friend.” Anderson stated “I've never made a movie without him. and I hope I never have to.” Everybody being so supportive of Owen after his recent struggles with depression even left a celebrity gossip blogger without a cynical thing to say. The post stated “considering how many fake friendships there are in Hollywood, it's great to see that Owen has a legitimate support network of people who genuinely love and support him. I already really wanted to catch this movie this weekend, and now more so than ever. Love these boys.”

Tatum O’Neal says re-hab is best for Britney

One of the UK’s most popular celebrity gossip blogs, The National Ledger, is reporting that Tatum O’Neal has recommended that Britney Spears get herself to re-hab, quickly. O’Neal, herself a star at a young age, had a well-documented struggle with addiction and found herself in re-hab on more than one occasion. According to the post, “The 43-year old O'Neal who like Spears shot to fame at a young age, relates to the troubled superstar's problems because she was deemed an "unfit mother" herself.”

O’Neal has a recurring role on the TV series Rescue Me, co-starring with Denis Leary.

The post also quotes Tatum stating that Britney’s attempt to get her life back on track won’t be easy, “I relate to her and feel really sad for her.  I did everything that she doesn't want to do. I did the drug testing. It was very humbling but I wanted those kids back. Hopefully she will figure (it) out. But it's going to be hard and she will do it publicly and that sucks.” O’Neal became the youngest person ever to win an Oscar for her appearance in 1973’s Paper Moon. She was married to tennis star John McEnroe before her substance abuse landed her in a courtroom for a divorce, and then a re-hab facility. McEnroe was awarded all three of their children due to O’Neal’s dependence on drugs and alcohol.

PETA says Britney an unfit dog-owner
Celebrity Smack, a top celebrity gossip blog, has announced that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has begin lobbying the judge in the Britney Spears case about some of their concerns. According to the post, “not only did Britney Spears have to hand her children over to her ex-husband this week, now the animal rights group PETA is asking Kevin Federline to take custody of Britney’s dogs too.” Apparently, Britney isn’t only an unfit mother, she’s an unfit dog-owner as well.
The post quoted PETA President Ingrid E. Newkirk saying that “for the sake of your children and the animals who are at risk while in Ms. Spears’ custody, we hope that you will do the right and best thing for all involved and pursue a custody order for the animals so that your sons can continue to have the company of the animals they’ve grown to adore.” Alli Simms, Britney’s publicist hasrefused to comment on PETA’s allegations. Although, many celebrity gossip experts have considered this an attempt by PETA to get on the Britney bandwagon and get some free media coverage, PETA is insisting that its efforts are genuine.
