De La Hoya wears ladies underwear?

Shocking pictures of boxing superstar Oscar De La Hoya are circulating on the Internet thanks to paparazzi agency X17. Celebitchy, a celebrity gossip blog, is reporting that the photos show De La Hoya “wearing pink panties, a fishnet body stocking, heels and a wig.” The post claims that only five photos have been released, but they report that more could be on the way. The photos depict “De La Hoya in suggestive poses, including one with his hands on the wall and legs spread and another of him laying on the side of a tub spread-eagled.”

The images have Oscar's lawyers in an uproar. De La Hoya's lawyers have reportedly sent a “cease and desist” letter to X17 ordering them to remove the photos from their website. According to the post, De La Hoya's PR people are claiming that the photos are complete fakes- something Celebitchy seems to agree with. The post noted that, “If you look at the pictures with a critical eye, they seem Photoshopped, with his head appearing too big for his body in some of the shots. He’s a fit guy, and might get the bobble head look from some angles, but I’m calling fake on the pics.”

However, the post also noted that “X17 was quick to point out that the cease and desist order didn't deny that the photos were real.”

Rage Against Charlie Sheen

The custody battle between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, which has been going on for over a year and a half, reached a significant turning point yesterday. According to celebrity gossip blog Fametastic, court papers reveal that Denise Richards has accused Sheen of “inappropriate behaviour and conduct.” An even more scandalous section of the court documents noted that Richards was especially concerned about Sheen's “attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts.”

The post declared that Richards is reportedly trying to obtain a court order to keep Sheen away from their kids. Their marriage was relatively brief and Sheen has been ordered by the court not to make contact with Richards. Fametastic reports that Charlie is currently allowed “limited, supervised visitation of daughters Lola and Sam.”

Denise's lawyer spoke to the media yesterday, declaring that “She believes that Charlie has significant personal issues which he has failed to address and which require her to take action to protect her children.” Interestingly enough, Sheen himself issued a statement that same day stating “clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls... The truth will prevail. It always does.”

Too Much Nip/Tuck for Rose McGowan

Former Charmed actress Rose McGowan has reportedly lost the role as the female lead in the upcoming Speed Racer film. The Superficial, a widely-read celebrity gossip blog, has declared that she lost the part because of her growing addiction to plastic surgery. The post claimed that an inside source has informed them that “the studio felt like she was hard to recognize and worried that by the time the movie hit theaters, fans might not know who she was.”

Essentially, McGowan's plastic surgery has been so extensive that many people believe she doesn't even look like Rose McGowan anymore. The Superficial quotes the New York Daily News saying “the studio felt her plastic surgery left her unrecognizable.”

While McGowan has admitted to having plastic surgery for an eye injury she received in a car accident several years ago, the post observes that several sources close to McGowan suspect that she has had a lot more work done since her relationship with Marilyn Manson ended two years ago.

Hayden Panettiere threatens to kill reporter

Celebrity gossip blog The Daily Blabber has officially declared Hayden Panetierre to be “the next Lyndsay Lohan.” According to the post, “Hayden reportedly flipped her lid and tried to beat up a reporter from Us Weekly” at the Emmy Awards. Panetierre reportedly threatened to "kill" the staffer because she was upset at several negative comments the reporter made about her in a recent edition of the magazine.

The post stated that Hayden's publicist was nearby when the incident occurred and that she stepped in just in time to defuse the situation. The Daily Blabber reported that “just when it looked like Hayden was about to pull a Sylar on said reporter's skull, her quick-thinking publicist grabbed her and said not to do that on the red carpet.”

The author of the post seemed fairly concerned that Panetierre threatens to kill anybody who writes negative articles about her. “I won't feel safe again until she is safely locked away at a rehab facility -- which will probably be any minute now,” the post declared.
