Oh Britney, who will help you now?

In a surprise move Britney Spears' legal team has asked to quit, describing working with her as 'impossible'.

In a motion filed today at a Los Angeles Superior Court, law firm Trope and Trope sought to be relieved as counsel to Spears -- and revealed a range of new witnesses scheduled to be deposed in her ongoing custody battle with ex Kevin Federline in the process.

Included on the list is former Brit bodyguard Lonnie Jones, who hasn't worked for the singer since 2006 when he sued her for unpaid overtime. Another Spears security staffer makes the cut — Anthony "Fat Tony" Barretto (below), who said in September that he had witnessed Spears engaging in "nudity, drug use and safety issues, post-rehab." While that may not come as a surprise, deposee-to-be Christina Cindrich may. Long-time Brit friend Cindrich, currently an actress, represented Pennsylvania in the 1999 Miss Teen USA pageant, at which Britney performed.
