Bryan Adams to headline peace concerts in Tel Aviv, Jericho

Adams will start his concert in the Israeli metropolis of Tel Aviv and then travel to Jericho in the southern West Bank to complete his act, Kedmi said.

"The concerts show a desire to have a normal life," said Kedmi.

Local Israeli music acts will back up the show in Tel Aviv, and Palestinian groups will play in Jericho.

The One Voice movement has a slew of celebrity supporters including actors Jason Alexander and Dani De Vito, famed boxer Muhammad Ali and Queen Noor of Jordan, as well as Israeli and Palestinian leaders and stars.
