Friday Evening Jazz Performances at the Los Angeles County Museum of
Art are one of my favorite weekly events in Los Angeles. I usually
attend several of these concerts during the season. The shows are put
on by LACMA's Music Department each year from April to November. The
last performance this year will be held on November 23rd, therefore
there is plenty of time to catch a show in 2007. Museum admission is
free after five in the evenings. This makes for a most wonderful
combination of music and art and all for no charge. For some Friday
