The Golden Compass still shines

"I saw The Golden Compass - the fantasy film based on Philip Pullman's
novel - and I now understand more why people are offended by its
message. However, I actually found it not to be anti-Christian or
anti-God, but anti-organized religion. (I am writing
from a Christian perspective). I'm not saying all organized religion is
bad; it's about the people that strictly follow what their religious
leaders tell them. In the end, I thought the movie was briliant."
