Stephen King Advocates Death Penalty for Spoilers
by BigT

I saw this story
yesterday and was amused after reading it. I thought Stephen King was
talking in jest but now I’m not so sure. He is the master of horror
after all and who can really say they understand anything that goes on
in his mind? So maybe we should take him at his word when he says

Frank wrote a new ending that I loved. It is the most
shocking ending ever and there should be a law passed stating that
anybody who reveals the last 5 minutes of this film should be hung from
their neck until dead.

Stephen King

The story is by this guy whose reviewing The Mist. He explains how
this is so unusual for an author to even acknowledge an adaptation of
his work is good much less say it is better than what the author
himself came up with. Bla, bla, bla.

Does anyone really thinks it’s not in Mr King to kill someone? His
works are so magnificently twisted that it must at least be partially
based on real life experience.

Let me put it this way, if you went out in his backyard and found a
“mulch” pile I would not recommend jumping into that bed of leaves
because you might also be jumping into a mound of corpses. I’m just
saying.

Besides enjoying his deliciously twisted horror tales I think there
is a higher calling for Mr King. Send this man to Gitmo! Or maybe
secret prison 109 in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia!

twins from the shining.

Here’s how it would work: First, you would show a couple of his movies, maybe 1408 and the Shining. Then play a recording of someone with a deep, melancholy voice read Cujo
(enemy combatants hate dogs!). And then, right as the interrogatee is
getting real jumpy send in Mr King. The very site of him would break
the most ruthless terror master.

Or Stephen King could be just using hyperbole as a joke symbolizing
how much he really likes this adaptation. But do you really want to
take that chance? It’s your neck on the line. BigT
