10 Audacious Ideas to Save the Planet
Here's a very exciting story about a few bold ideas to save our planet that scientists have created. What's important about these ideas is the fact that they're all well thought plans by scientists from around the world and they all have estimated implementation dates.
Each audacious idea is summarized in four parts...'The Vision, 'The Plan', 'Potential Problems', and 'The ETA'. Have a look at this wonderful article from the Popular Science website and spread the word since this pertains to every single one of us on this great planet.

nukemdomis, I like this story. It's good stuff.
great collection of ideas to market, i like your comment "ideas that go behind simple recycling" that means go create, remake a clean planet before destroying moon and mars.

Right on thanks Maireid, I absolutely love watching the TED talks. My favorite so far is when S.B. of Google talks to scientists and engineers about what he thinks is most important.
