MY SISTER IS STILL TRAPPED INSIDE CTV BUILDING!!! HER LAST MESSAGE TO US BEFORE COMMUNICATIONS WERE DOWN THAT SHE IS AT THE RIGHT SIDE CTV AREA RIGHT FACING MADRAN CORNER MADRAS AND CHASEL STREET.
