A21 Lorry crash at Tunbridge Wells

TUNBRIDGE WELLS: Motorists have been crawling home in jams, not just because of the M25 incident today, but because of yet another crash in Tunbridge Wells.

Some people have only just come back to Tonbridge, and it is already 1045pm, some with children. In fact, emergency services have been on the go for much of the day. 


"A lorry has toppled over on the A21 North Farm roundabout in Tunbridge Wells crushing a smaller truck.

Fire crews cut the driver out of the truck. The emergency services are yet to comment on their condition.

The crash occurred at around 3.45pm.

The A21 southbound has been closed, as has Tonbridge Road. Traffic is reportedly backing up as far as Sevenoaks

A Kent Air Ambulance helicopter arrived at the scene at around 4.30pm and was still there at 5.45pm
