I am very sad and concerned for all the people of L'Aquila and surrounding towns and villages. I am concerned for my cousin Bonnano and his wife who live in the City. I am concerned for my Aunt Francesca Pompeani-Crisi, my neices and cousins -- namely,Ceasar Fattore who live in the municipality of Fagnano Alto in the village of Ripa. I was in these places in 1974 and it was a great experience. It was the first time I was able to see and visit with my relatives there. I hope all of them survived and that they are well and safe.

Such a tragedy in a beautiful place.I am very worried about my family in Prata D'Ansidonia. My cousin and I are looking for any information on Prata. He visited them last September and had a wonderful time with the family. I would appreciate any information if anyone knows if there was any damage they sustained from the earthquake. Grazie!
