Airport Become Harbour

Recently, there's sequel from "Samarinda Flood part 1"..
And the flood is worse than before..
Even an airport changed to be a harbour..
When the passengers should take a boat, not a cab, to get out from the airport area..

Updated data said that the flood coverage is spreading further to uptown area..
And impacted more than 50.000 peoples..

This 2nd flood caused by high tide of Mahakam river, heavy rain and the leakage of Benanga Dam at northernmost of Samarinda..

Ironically, while the flood impacting peoples, the mayor is in Europe with several authorities in charge..
It said that mayor will be in town on November 29th..

When he went Europe, there was no flood (3 days ago)..

But before he arrive Denmark, the flood surely appeared..

He just have to take his breath again (after such a long trip), before he urged to go back here..

That what have been said by Public Relation Divison of the authority..

What can I say . This kind of disaster is happen all the time, in timely manner. We need to, at least, react to it. Out of our ignorance. Oh my dear hometown.

DAS Karang Mumus mengalami kerusakan parah..

This great flood caused by a huge damages at Karang Mumus River's drainage basin.. Where lotsa open coal mines were opened, and lotsa forest areas been demolished for build some real estates complex..
