Airport delays in Chicago because of Ike

Many passengers faced lengthy delays at O'Hare airport on Sunday as the after-effects of Hurricane Ike hit Chicago. Flights were delayed or cancelled as a result of the bad weather, meaning many were stuck looking for alternative routes.
There were so many people at the United Airlines customer service desk, it took over an hour to speak to an agent.
